In 1997 the Executive of Hamilton Conference established the Pastoral Care Team in response to the need for pastoral care for ministry personnel and their families. Members of the team are representative of both lay and ordered ministry, and of the six presbyteries of Hamilton Conference.

The pastoral care that the team provides is confidential and is shaped to meet a variety of concerns and situations. Please consult the following Word document for more information. (Opens in a separate window.)

Pick-up Locations...

Order Pick-ups at Harcourt Memorial United Church in Guelph and
St. James-Rosemount United Church in Kitchener

We welcome you to visit us in person at our location in Saint Luke’s United Church in Cambridge, but we are happy to drop off orders at the two drop-off points. Orders can be picked up at St. James-Rosemount Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you would like to pick up your order at one of our drop-off locations, please let us know when you are placing the order.

Of course, you are still welcome to visit the Resource Centre, and Betty will still be making deliveries to all presbytery and Presbyterial meetings.
